What We Collect
When you use REI Sales Coach, we collect:
- Account information (name, email) when you sign up
- Call audio in real-time for transcription — audio is processed and immediately discarded. We do not store audio recordings.
- Call transcripts (text only) for coaching analytics and post-call summaries
- Coaching events and adherence data to measure rep performance
- Sentiment analysis data derived from transcripts
- Usage data (call count, duration, feature usage)
How We Use Your Data
- Provide real-time coaching suggestions during calls
- Generate post-call summaries and scores
- Display analytics in your team dashboard
- Improve our coaching models and playbook recommendations
Audio Processing
We capture audio from your browser tab and microphone during active coaching sessions. This audio is streamed directly to our transcription provider (Deepgram) for real-time speech-to-text conversion. Raw audio is never stored on our servers. Only the resulting text transcripts are retained.
Data Retention
Transcripts and coaching data are retained for 30 days by default. Team administrators can configure retention periods in their settings. You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription
- OpenAI — coaching suggestion generation and embeddings
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Fly.io — application hosting
- Vercel — web application hosting

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@reisalescoach.ai.
