By using REI Sales Coach ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
REI Sales Coach provides real-time AI coaching for sales calls via a Chrome browser extension and web dashboard. The Service transcribes calls, generates coaching suggestions, and provides analytics.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or legal entity per account.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable call recording laws. Many jurisdictions require consent from all parties before recording or transcribing a call. The Service provides tools to configure consent policies, but compliance is your responsibility.
Paid plans are billed monthly per seat. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
Your playbooks, scripts, and call data belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We retain rights to the Service, its technology, and any aggregated, anonymized insights derived from usage patterns.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any coaching suggestions made by the AI, decisions made based on those suggestions, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
